Lineage and history
Biscotti is a cross of Gelato #25 and South Florida OG, popularized by Cookies. Who made the cross is disputed: Leafly credits Cookies Farms, while Weedmaps reports that Connected Cannabis Co. made it in 2016 and that Berner joined the phenotype hunt and named it.
Gelato #25 itself comes from Thin Mint Cookies and Sunset Sherbet, according to Abstrax. Biscotti by Connected took 1st in Indica Flower at the 2020 High Times Cannabis Cup SoCal People’s Choice Edition.

How we grow and pack it
When Biscotti is in rotation, we grow it indoors in Noble, hand-trim it and cure it on site, then pack it in 3.5g, 7g, 14g and 28g bags in its own colorway. Every batch ships with its COA on a Metrc transfer.
What to check before you buy
- Potency and total terpenes on the batch COA, and that the label matches it
- Pass results on every analyte
- Whether the next harvest of the same strain is coming, so it stays on your menu
